Bixby is a Mental Health company dedicated to providing high-quality telehealth services to clients in California. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing team as a part-time clinician, 10-20 hours a week with an opportunity for full-time over time. Responsibilities:

• 
  Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and provide treatment to clients with a wide range of diagnoses.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring all required information is submitted for billing purposes.
• Demonstrate the ability to maintain a full caseload, delivering individual psychotherapy through telehealth sessions.
• Contribute to ongoing professional development and collaboration by attending clinical training, case consultations, and staff meetings.
• Maintain an active license with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Must have an active LCSW license and be in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical and/or behavioral health setting.
• Knowledge and experience in working with the adult and geriatric population preferred.
• Proficient in using telehealth technologies and electronic record-keeping systems.
• Access to reliable internet and computer to provide telehealth services.
  

Compensation/Benefits:

• 
  This is a W2 position with a compensation rate of $65/clinical hour. Clinicians will be provided with clients and expected to be at a full case load in 2-3 months.
• Leadership opportunities are available with appropriate compensation for additional duties.
• 2 weeks of paid vacation per year, 7 floating holidays, and 3 sick days.
