Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive and results-driven professional skilled in outbound sales, including cold calling, emailing, and leveraging social media platforms like LinkedIn. As part of our sales team, you will play a critical role in expanding our reach and promoting our logistical solutions to auto dealerships nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales efforts including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate leads within the auto dealership industry.
- Qualify potential customers by assessing their needs and challenges to ensure a good fit with HBTRANSIT LOGISTICS's solutions.
- Navigate through organizations to reach decision-makers and influencers, demonstrating the value of our logistical solutions to schedule a meeting with our founder.
- Effectively communicate HBTRANSIT LOGISTICS's value proposition to potential clients, highlighting how our solutions can address their logistical challenges.
- Schedule meetings between potential clients and our founder to discuss how HBTRANSIT LOGISTICS can meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and funnel, ensuring a steady flow of prospects and leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and approaches based on market feedback and trends.
- Track and report on sales activities and results, utilizing CRM tools to manage leads and customer interactions efficiently.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, preferably within the logistics or automotive industry.
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse sales pipeline effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
