Healthcare Call Center Associate
Starting pay rate is up to $17.50 an hour

Training - 8 weeks M-F, 9am – 5:30pm EST.
Must have flexibility to work any shift assigned between the hours of operations of 9:00am – 5:30pm EST hours Monday - Friday. Shifts will be 8 hours per day 5 days per week

About the Healthcare Call Center Associate role:
Our Healthcare Call Center Associates are first responders for handling inbound/outbound call inquiries, processing transactions, and act as subject matter experts as needed
Representatives are responsible for fax and/or email order processing and resolution of issues that may prevent orders from shipping
The Healthcare Call Center Associate:
- Contributes to the growth of a strong customer base by engaging in positive interactions and building strong relationships
- Manages 30-100 interactions per day including inbound and outbound calls as well as processing form requests
- Examples of interactions include, product orders and updates, status of deliveries, and resolving call inquiries
- Use time management and critical thinking to prioritize case load and resolve issues
- Partner with sales, marketing and other operational departments to provide exceptional customer service within designated service levels to complete order transactions and other informational call follow up
- Deliver an excellent customer experience, while acting in a professional and courteous manner
- Learns fast and can change course quickly
- Creates a learning environment and open to suggestions
- Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms
- Ability to learn and administer program Business Rules and associated Standard Operating procedures to support program requirements.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient / HCP concerns while maintaining a positive attitude
- Passionate about helping others, able to provide empathy when necessary
- Works well under pressure
- Demonstrate soft skills to enhance patient experience
- Responsible individual required to adhere to assigned schedule and be at work daily
- Enjoys working towards targets around call volumes and call quality
- Ability to cope with a high volume of incoming calls

Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required (hospitality, retail, and pharmaceutical strongly encouraged to apply!)
- Call center experience preferred but not required
- Work Location: Remote in NJ

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
