Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Proficiency in using Customer Service software and databases
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
