Customer Service Specialist

Our company is searching for a motivated and experienced Customer Service personnel to complete our Customer Service department. Your goals will be to provide outstanding Customer Service by developing effective Customer Service procedures, maintaining customer satisfaction goals, as well as maintaining budgetary expectations for your department.

To qualify for the role, the ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a Customer Service position, with excellent knowledge of the latest industry trends and techniques. In addition to being an excellent communicator (written and verbal), you will also demonstrate strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:

· Proactively establish a positive relationship with our customers

· Respond to Customer Service inquiries in a timely manner.

· Provide guidance on maintenance and product use.

· Remotely troubleshoot product issues

· Dissolve escalated situations.

· Maintain accurate records and document all Customer Service activities and discussions.

· Facilitate ordering parts or service as a situation merits.

· Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.

Requirements:

· A minimum of 3 years proven experience in a Customer Service position.

· Proficiency in Customer Service software and technology.

· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent critical thinking and interpersonal skills.

· Thrives in a face-paced, high stress environment.

· Works well in a team environment.

Our Customer Service department provides technical and diagnostic information to our customers, and strong technical background or expertise is strongly preferred. An ideal candidate would have experience in a service and repair department for an automotive dealer, HVAC store, pool/spa dealer, or like industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
