Job Description
We are a large Personal Lines independent insurance agency and are seeking a Personal LinesCustomer Service Assistant in any of our licensed states - AZ, CA, CO, ID, NV or WA (other states may apply) to become a part of our team! As a Customer Service Assistant, you will answer multi-line phones, assist with payments/cancellations, process paperwork, data entry, clerical duties, handle incoming/outgoing mail, etc.

Fulltime remote work from home.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Experience in problem-solving
- Must be computer literate
- Experience in Personal Lines Insurance is preferred but not required
- A Property & Casualty License is preferred but not required
