Remote Customer Service Assistant (Personal Lines Insurance)

We are a large Personal Lines independent insurance agency and are seeking a Personal LinesCustomer Service Assistant in any of our licensed states - AZ, CA, CO, ID, NV or WA (other states may apply) to become a part of our team! As a Customer Service Assistant, you will answer multi-line phones, assist with payments/cancellations, process paperwork, data entry, clerical duties, handle incoming/outgoing mail, etc.

A candidate offered a position is subject to passing a background check.

Fulltime remote work from home.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Experience in problem-solving
• Must be computer literate
• Experience in Personal Lines Insurance is preferred but not required
• A Property & Casualty License is preferred but not required
