Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients

- Manage customer accounts and maintain strong relationships
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize and problem-solve
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management)
- Excellent project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in account management is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers
