Scott Clark Toyota, Scott Clark Honda, and Scott Clark Nissan, located in Charlotte and Matthews, NC, and is looking for automotive Call Center Agents to assist in our centralized Client Care Center.
Our Client Care Center provides paid training by our talented organization leaders at no cost to the employee, opportunity for growth, and a fun and competitive atmosphere. The position is a combination of hourly compensation, plus a performance-based monthly bonus structure. Compensation varies by level of proficiency with department processes and procedures, appointment processes, and call quality metrics.
We are looking for career-minded team members with a passion for customer service, high attention to detail, desire to learn, and great team spirit to help us grow. This position is essential to our service department and our appointment scheduling process. There are many opportunities for advancement in both our fixed and variable operations.
Requirements:
- Answer all incoming phone calls according to a proven, pre-set script and help customers with setting their vehicle service appointments
- Make outbound phone calls notifying customers of potential services needed to their vehicle
- Log all customer comments into web-based databases
- Confirm appointments with our Scott Clark clients
- Re-schedule "no show" customer appointments
- Update customer records in database
- Respond to customer website and text requests
- Notify necessary departments/managers of any customer concerns
- A pleasant and engaging phone personality
- Computer proficiency required
- Call center experience a plus, but not required
- Professional personal appearance
- Team-oriented
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
