BASE AVERAGE AGENT EARNING $13++/HOUR

The Opportunity

As a Customer Care Representative supporting our client. You'll be responding to a high volume of inbound calls and providing exceptional Customer Service to customers who WANT our client's products. Here's what we are looking for you to do:

• Receive inbound calls to assist in completing a sale for a desired product
• Provide education on the benefits of the product, and overcome objections
• Accurately and concisely document customer feedback and special needs in a computer-based system
• Identify and address customer issues by providing additional information as needed
• Provide a second-to-none customer experience with enthusiasm and professionalism

• Must be self-motivated, have strong attention to detail, and excellent follow-through
• Exceptional phone and Customer Service skills
• TEAM PLAYERS - strong people skills with a positive attitude

• Internet Ping must be below 80 mbps
