Job Description
The Adobe Workfront Admin for Systems and Operations manages pipeline status in the Adobe Workfront platform and ensures key inputs are accurate (ship dates, due dates, project duration, project roles, etc.) for Aramark?s shared Business Resource Center (BRC) resources, as well as Dedicated Resources, including proposal coordinators, project managers, copywriting, proofreading and creative services.
This position works across the lines of business, corporate functions, and the Business Resource Center - Aramark's in house agency - to monitor and align processes and guidelines.
The ideal candidate combines outstanding project management skills, an understanding of creative project workflow, and the ability to build strong working relationships to enable the success of Aramark?s in-house agency, Aramark business units, and the Aramark enterprise.
Job Responsibilities
Supporting the Business Resource Center teams with workflow process (such as phase breakdown, continuous collaboration, and shared process improvement)
Working with internal stakeholders to formulate timelines and budgets; prioritizing resources and deliverables across all projects
Collaborating on financial reporting regarding fixed annual plan budgets, ensuring creative scope, schedule, and projected expenses are accurate
Developing operational standards, driving adoption, continually optimizing processes for growth
Developing FAQ / Q&A repository with documentation in Adobe Workfront for team reference
Reviewing and testing Adobe Workfront releases and clearly communicating updates to the BRC
Collaborating with BRC leadership on Adobe Workfront governance model
Liaising between various stakeholders and team members to help facilitate smooth, timely communication
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years Adobe Workfront sys admin experience
Adobe Workfront Project Manager Professional certification
Adobe Creative Suite knowledge
Experience in managing a variety of creative and complex projects and proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience managing tight deadlines and effectively interfacing with all levels of a corporation
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written), customer service, and process improvement skills
Demonstrates aptitude working in a complex team environment within in a heavily matrixed organization
- Comfortable working with a wide range of internal stakeholders
Creative and flexible in attitude; ability to be part of multiple projects and initiatives of varying size and complexity, while simultaneously meeting conflicting deadlines in a diverse challenging environment with project management/change management approach
