Overview
Since 2018, we have been investing in Real Estate throughout the United States. Our portfolio consists of both single family and multi-family homes. As we continue to expand and thrive in the real estate market, we are now looking for a talented Acquisition Agent to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. As an Acquisition Agent, you will play a crucial role in identifying and evaluating potential real estate investment opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate real estate investment opportunities, including single-family and multi-family properties.
- Conduct market research to assess property values, rental potential, and investment viability.
- Negotiate favorable acquisition terms with property owners and stakeholders.
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and due diligence activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth transaction processes.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate records of acquisitions and financial transactions.
- Communicate effectively with investors and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate acquisitions.
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets and investment analysis.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in real estate software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (preferred).
Location: While we are based in the San Francisco Bay area, this is a remote position, welcoming candidates from across the United States to join our team. We will likely be getting together quarterly for team-building and business planning.
