As a Remodel Project Team Associate, you will be traveling to different stores within a 60 miles radius, depending on business need, to assist in the execution of Walmart store remodels, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Our Remodel Project Team Associates take pride in owning their project assignments and have a heart for customer service. The Remodel Project Team Associate will lead and participate in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools; determine customer needs and business priorities; coordinate and execute work assignments; provide advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved; and model and help others with how to adapt to new challenges or changes.
Location: Expected to drive to work locations within 60 miles of [city] as needed; mileage is reimbursed.
Salary: Starting at $18.00/hour [increase]
Shift: Full-time, overnight shifts. (Note: overnight stays are not compensated).
Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
o Please keep in mind buses, taxis, trains, and public transportation do not count as reliable transportation.
o Valid Driver's License
• Live within 25 miles of the area you applied for.
• Must be willing to work overnight shifts.
o Overnight stays will not be paid.
• Must be willing to drive to any work location within 60 miles of [city] based on business needs.
o Mileage will be reimbursed.
o Time traveling is not paid.
Responsibilities
• Hard Skills
o Compliance - Operations processes; Top Stock; Customer Availability Program (CAP); Aisle Location; Company policies and procedures, Standards of Ethics and Integrity, Action plans, Open-Door Policy, Remodel Process Education.
o Facility Remodeling - dismantling fixtures and displays; stocking merchandise; setting up product displays; store systems; cleaning departments.
o Space Preparation - moving fixtures and counters.
o Fixtures - signing, processing, and returns.
