Sports therapy/office assistant

Do you have passion to help people? Are you a people person? Are you love sports and fitness? We are a sports therapy and rehab office and we are looking to hire a sports therapy/office assistant.

Bring your brains with you to this position! We are looking for someone with a detailed and task orientated mind set. Coordinating, prioritizing and organizational skills are a must. If you have some experience, and lots of personality then we want to hear from you!

We are looking for a long term enthusiastic commitment.

Here is what you should have built into your personality:

* reception skills- excellent on the phone, excellent talking with patients

* willingness to share ideas and thoughts on patient experiences

If you have experience in a medical health field, please highlight that in your resume!

You must be:

* honest, dependable and able to carry on a conversation

* task master

* willing to learn and continue to gain knowledge

* have reliable transportation

* be willing to have some fun, laugh at us and yourself

We prefer a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology or similar subject. We will provide on-the-job training of exercises and set-up of exercises. Experience as a rehab tech is preferred. You will be responsible for helping patients and demonstrating exercises. Responsibilities also include answering phones, scheduling appointments, receiving payments, verifying insurance, general cleaning, etc.

Active Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation is located in Historical Downtown Round Rock. We are a family owned and operated clinic providing quality therapy to the residents of Round Rock and surrounding communities. We specialize in sports injuries, but provide services for all injuries and ages. ASTRehab is a fast-paced clinic and the patient volume will average 15-20 patients per day.
