Rehabilitation Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting patients with light exercises during physical therapy sessions.
• Cleaning and preparing treatment areas and equipment before and after each session.
• Assure that all patients start rehab therapy as early as their second visit.
• Assist clinic manager with referral follow ups and maintain patient charts daily.
• Provide support to front desk for patient intake and assessment.
• Manage mobility and transportation of patients for appointments if needed.
• Communicate and maintain all the progress and issues with patients to treating providers.
• Able to manage and maintain patient flow, especially during busy hours and throughout the day.
• Ensure safety standards in the premises to prevent the risk of hazards.

Job Requirements:

A successful candidate must have

• Prior experience in chiropractic, therapy, and medical practice as a rehab technician
• Must be familiar with treatment plan for Physical Therapy patients.
• Must be a great communicator and have bedside manners for patients.
• Compassion and empathy when helping patients.
• Bilingual is preferred.
