JOB SUMMARY: The Registration Clerk acts as support staff to the special facilities and recreation departments. Primary duties include:
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and a high school graduate or equivalent.
SCHEDULE & PAY: This is a year round position working Thursday and Friday from 12:00PM - 3:00PM. Hiring range is $14.00 per hour plus applicable facility and program discounts.

Part-Time Job Opportunity:
JOB SUMMARY: The Registration Clerk acts as support staff to the special facilities and recreation departments. Primary duties include:
- Promptly greet guests in a pleasant and friendly and manner.
- Accept and process registrations, enrolling people in various programs offered by the Park District, and process receipts and acknowledgments.
- Accept cash, check or bank cards for payment of programs and services, making change accurately, bank out daily and balance daily.
- Comply with and assist in the enforcement of the Cash Handling Procedures.
- Issue facility pass memberships and process photo ID's.
- Accept and process facility reservations.
- Answer phones; accurately dispense information and transferring calls.
- Work within the email system communicating with customers and staff.
