What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with attending physicians to deliver patient care, including progress notes, physician orders, and adherence to regulations and company policies.
- Supervise and guide LVNs, CNAs, and clinical support personnel in nursing procedures aligned with physician orders and patient requirements.
- Evaluate nurses' notes for accuracy and detail in reflecting nursing care, resident responses, and alignment with physician orders.
- Administer treatments, medications, start IVs, and maintain comprehensive documentation as necessary.
- Interpret and assess diagnostic tests to diagnose and monitor patients' conditions, while collaborating on patient care plans with the nursing staff and leadership team.
