Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in the state of California.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS), and/or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) & Stroke Certification (NIHSS).
- A minimum of one (1) year of acute hospital experience as a licensed Registered Nurse within the past three (3) years. Plus, experience working in the psych unit.
- Must have a certificate in Managing Assaultive Behavior (MAB). This can be renewed or obtained upon onboarding.
- Pass physical health and drug screen
- Complete vaccination record. Waivers are acceptable for some vaccinations.
- Professional decorum and appearance.
- Public Relation ability, interpersonal skill and professional telephone manners.
- Organized, detail oriented, and ability to exercise sound judgement.
- Flexible, reliable, and adaptable to changing healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and motivational skill to maximize personnel cohesiveness through a supportive team or care partner model.
Job Types: Contract, Per diem
Pay: $900.00 - $950.00 per day
