Valley Oaks Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the well-being of patients. The RN will utilize their clinical expertise, critical thinking skills, and empathy to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Position:
Valley Oaks Health Registered Nurses demonstrate medication administration skills, pharmacodynamics knowledge as well as skills with physical assessment. Registered Nurses will also demonstrate timely follow through with client appointments, labs, and medical concerns.
Who We Need
1. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
2. Licensed as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse by the State of Indiana Health Professions Bureau as required by the pre-hire competency form.
4. LPN’s at least 2 years nursing experience desirable.
6. Meets pre-hire competency and reference requirements.
7. Holds a valid Indiana Driver’s License, a good driving record, and insurance.
