Perioperative Pre/Post Registered Nurse

Ambulatory outpatient surgery center is currently seeking a dynamic RN candidates to join the Pre/Post Op Perioperative Team. The Perioperative Nurse is responsible for planning, executing, directing and evaluating the nursing and care given to the surgical patient through the perioperative experience.The responsibilities can include patient preparation for surgery including patient assessment, preparation, starting IV lines, patient teaching, operative patient monitoring, operating room preparation and circulating, and assesses the patient’s condition closely monitoring the recovery process to discharge and patient teaching. Ensures patient safety.
