Description:
As a vital member of our team, the OR Robotic Coordinator Nurse will be in charge of overseeing the robotic program's operations, focusing on achieving long-term objectives while managing day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Managing the program budget and assessing return on investment
- Developing marketing strategies and organizing educational sessions
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and serving as a liaison
- Leading safety initiatives and fostering quality customer service
- Ensuring compliance with organizational goals and demonstrating teamwork
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Current RN licensure in New Jersey or compact state
- BLS certification
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
