Salary Range: Base of $50/hr with individual cases paying premium rates of over $100+ per hour)

RNResponsibilities:

• Perform care as defined by client’s individual Plan of Care and within scope of state’s nurse practice act.
• Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes
• Provide services such as IV Infusion, wound care, injections, blood draws requiring specialized nursing skill, etc.
• Assure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws

Requirements of RN:

• Current unrestricted RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum two (2) years of documented experience required in home health agency, primary care clinic, or similar health facility.
• Must be proficient in in peripheral I.V insertion and care.
• Experienced with IVIG preferred.
• Certified CPR and negative TB skin test, QuantiFeron, or chest x-ray within the last year.
• Possess exceptional nursing assessment skills; Analytic/Critical thinker.
• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance; Reliable Transportation.
• Ability to pass state background check and drug screen in compliance with State Standards.
• Preferred but not required: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Understands regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
