University Hospitals is looking for talented and experienced Registered Nurses to join our compassionate care team in our ICU Float Pool. In this position you will work in of our 6 ICU units or their step down units.
Sign on Bonus of $6,000 will be paid in two installments 1/2 at 90 days of employment and 1/2 at one year. The sign on bonus is intended for new employees of University Hospitals with 1 years of RN experience.
Position Requirements:
Thorough knowledge of nursing process and practice.
Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed medical therapies (ie. stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers and electronic monitoring devices.
1 year RN experience preferred.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from accredited program preferred.
Minimum of Diploma/Associate's Degree in nursing from accredited program.
License Requirements:
Registered nurse with current license to practice in the state of Ohio.
Current BLS Provider Certification, issued by the American Heart Association, must be obtained during Nursing Orientation.
