Are you a busy RN tired of missing out on time with your family? Come work with us at New Horizons Resources. We have an opening for a full time Registered Nurse in our Ulster County homes. The current scheduled days and hours for this position are Mon-Fri approx. 8:30am-5pm with flexible to adjust hours (occasional evening and weekend coverage but sparse).
-NHR offers our Nurses a Supplemental Education Assistance Program. Get tuition reimbursement after the first year of service. This program will supplement the current NHR educational Assistance Program and provide financial reimbursement for the attainment of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
-30 days PTO a year (starts accruing on 1st day!)
-Paid On-Call rotation (approx. 1-2 times per quarter)

Minimum Qualifications for this position:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BA preferred). Experience in a Residential program helpful. Must possess a NYS RN license and New Graduates are considered as well. Ability to relate appropriately to individuals with ID/DD, their families and their advocates. Driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier ability to obtain certification during probationary period and the ability to build positive relationships with others.

Pay: $40.87 - $42.62 per hour
