Sunbelt Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a 13-week contract, with the potential for extension.
Job Duties:Job duties include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, administering prescribed medications, and providing skilled nursing care. RNs are responsible for implementing and evaluating care plans, ensuring that patients receive high-quality, individualized treatment.
One of the key aspects of the role involves proficiently utilizing the OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) tool, a comprehensive assessment system used in Home Health settings to gather information about patients' health conditions and functional status. This information is crucial for developing effective care plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.
In addition, Home Health RNsoften use Homecare Homebase, a software platform designed for managing various aspects of Home Healthcare. This tool aids in documentation, scheduling, and communication, streamlining the administrative aspects of the job and allowing nurses to focus more on delivering excellent patient care.

- 13-Week Contract with possibility to extend
- Full-Time, 40 hours per week
- OT not likely
- M-F 8am-5pm
- Occasional weekends & on-call
- Mileage reimbursement

Requirements:
- Active AlabamaRN License
- Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification
- At least 1 year of Home Health experience
- Minimum of 2 years of overall RN experience
- Proficiency with Oasis and Homecare Homebase
