SalaryInova Health System is seeking experienced Registered Nursesto join our Emergency Department to help expand our services in the Eastern Region of Northern Virginia at Inova Oakville!
We are opening a BRAND NEW state-of-the-art health care facility in Alexandria, VA. Located in the Potomac Yard neighborhood is an outpatient facility that will include a full-service emergency room, ambulatory surgery, imaging services, primary care and other medical offices.

Job Responsibilities:
- patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team.
- Conduct all patient care in a patient and family-centered manner.
- Use an integrated approach toward patient outcomes
- Utilize standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery.
Additional Requirements:
- Work schedule: Full time, Night shift. 3 x 12's per week (7pm – 7am)
- Education: BSN or ADN (If ADN: must complete/obtain BSN within 24 months of start date)
- Experience: Requires a minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting. Strongly prefer 2 years plus of ED RN experience
- Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association & VA RN license
