Requirements for RN, Registered Nurse:
- Must have a current & valid RN license in the State of Kentucky
Responsibilities for Registered Nurse:
- Working as a team player, provides caring and clinically-astute patient care
- Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects
- Communicate, consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
- Maintains accurate and detailed documentation
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
