Equipment and materials will be provided and set up based on your specifications. Monitors, ventilators, dosing pumps, carts, etc. will be stocked as you desire to make you completely comfortable in your environment.
This position is Monday through Thursday and Fridays PRN, it will not require you to be on call and will not require you to work on weekends.
Duties:- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed- Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures- Assess patient's medical history and develop appropriate anesthesia plans- Educate patients and their families about anesthesia procedures and post-operative care- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Experience:- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist- Proficiency in acute care settings, including sterile processing and medical records management- Experience in pain management techniques and venipuncture procedures-- Strong knowledge of anesthesia standards, protocols, and best practices
Skills:- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and surgical schedules- Dedication to patient safety and quality care
