Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in home setting.
- Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities.
- Perform physical examinations and collect patient data for medical records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and disease prevention.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients.
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in ER preferred but not necessary.
- Ability to perform physical examinations and provide appropriate medical interventions.
- Strong medication administration skills.
