Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing physical examinations, and assisting with medical procedures.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and changes in health status.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare topics, including disease management, medication administration, and lifestyle modifications.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.
- Coordinate and communicate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Adhere to legal and ethical standards in nursing practice.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical office procedures and systems.
- Proficiency in providing comprehensive patient care across various healthcare settings.
- Experience in IV infusion therapy and administration.
- Ability to perform physical examinations and assess patient conditions.
- Familiarity with dermal fillers and ostomy care.
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and interventions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
