Job Description:
This position is responsible for providing management and oversight of daily Nursing activities to a Nursing Department. The Manager works in partnership with Nursing leadership and other facility management and departments to ensure the provision of optimal patient care, attainment of financial goals, and development of leaders.Why Join the LDS Hospital Team as our Surgical Services Senior Manager?

The LDS Hospital team of surgeons, anesthesiologists, physician assistants, nurses and technicians work together collaboratively to create a patient-centered environment that allows for an extraordinary patient experience.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Education must be obtained through an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
RN license in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
Leadership/supervisory experience.
Two years of clinical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in area of oversight.
