Job Summary:
Interim HealthCare in Charlotte, NC is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our Home Health Team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in providing quality healthcare services in a home setting and will be responsible for providing comprehensive and personalized care to our patients. We offer a generous sign-ON BONUS and competitive benefits package.

- Visit Based Pay Rates ($30-$75 per visit) plus bonus opportunities, Weekly Pay

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments of patients in their homes and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication management and other care plans to promote wellness and prevent rehospitalization
- Perform wound care, catheterization, IV therapy, and other skilled nursing procedures
- Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and communicate any changes in patient's condition or needs
- Document patient care and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Adhere to all nursing standards, policies and procedures, and governmental regulations
Requirements:
- Valid and active Registered Nurse license in the state of North Carolina
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health or a related setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
