We work with patients in the comfort of their homes. Your work will be a hybrid of working in a client's private home or care facility, in our offices, and in your home. We offer a flexible schedule according to our patient needs. Weekly hours vary according to active patient numbers.
We are an agency committed to providing high-quality in-home care and are looking for an RN who is committed to the same vision. We focus on maintaining positive, supportive, personal relationships with our clients and caregivers.

Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, the following:
*Intake assessments of new clients and reassessments of current clients
*Delegations of medical tasks to caregivers
*Managing appointments of assessments and delegations
*Documentation of assessments and visit notes
*Caregiver training of procedures and usage of equipment
*Developing subject material for caregiver on-going education training
*Caregiver training for medication management
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $45.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

Experience:
- nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- RN license (Preferred)
