What You’ll Do
As a member of the clinical team, the MOOV Advanced Provider has an unwavering focus on customer and patient first service, growth, and development and, above all, providing top tier service to our community.
Medical Aesthetics (Botox and Fillers)
- Review assessments of patients' needs and expectations for aesthetic treatments.
- Administer Botox injections based on prescribed dosage and injection techniques.
- Perform filler injections to enhance facial features or address specific concerns.
- Follow standardized protocols and guidelines for the safe and effective administration of medical aesthetic treatments.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care and potential side effects.
IV Infusion Therapy
- Prepare patients for IV infusion administration, including inserting IV access.
- Screen and assess patients and their medical history to determine the appropriateness of IV infusion treatment.
- Mix IV infusion bags with appropriate ingredients and ensure all equipment is properly functioning.
- Administer IV infusions following established protocols and guidelines.
- Monitor patients during IV infusion administration, observing vital signs and identifying any adverse reactions or complications.
- Document accurate and comprehensive records of each IV infusion session in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Injections for Nutrients, Lipotropics, and Medications
- Review patients' medical history and nutritional assessments to determine suitable nutrient or medication injections.
- Prepare and administer injections accurately and safely.
- Monitor patients for any adverse reactions or complications post-injection.
- Maintain meticulous records of each injection, including dosage and patient response.
Clinical Education
- Provide education to customers and patients on the benefits of therapies offered at MOOV Health & Wellness, including IV infusion therapy, injections, hormone replacement therapy, weight loss therapies, cryotherapy, infrared thermal therapy, compression therapy, exercise, fitness, and nutrition.
- Ensure proficiency in the treatments being administered, including knowledge of side effects, adverse reactions, and pre- and post-recovery directions.
Studio Services
- Receive training and become proficient in various services offered at MOOV, such as cryotherapy (whole-body, local, and pressurized vapor), infrared thermal pod, compression therapy, virtual reality mindfulness, and fitness programs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid nursing license/certification in the state of Texas.
- Proven experience in a health and wellness or MedSpa
- Knowledge of and adherence to relevant medical laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of infection control procedures and sterile techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
- Commitment to maintaining patient privacy, confidentiality, and dignity.
- Ongoing professional development to stay updated with industry advancements and best practices.
- Provide high-quality and safe medical services to patients.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of each treatment session.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MOOV operating systems to support workflow efficiency and process improvement.
- Collaborate with the MOOV Health & Wellness team to ensure efficient scheduling and patient flow.
- Report any incidents, adverse events, or concerns promptly to the appropriate supervisor.
- Attend regular staff meetings and training sessions as required.
