Pay Range: $46,375 to $139,052 per year + Benefits + Joining Bonus

• 72 hours per pay period/Variable Shift/12-hour work schedule

Job DescriptionJob Category: Nursing-Patient FacingSchedule: Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Unit This position is open to any level of RN, including Residents.Providence is offering up to $15,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates with at least 12 months of hospital Acute Care experience and up to a $9,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates with less than 12 months of hospital Acute Care experience who meet all conditions for payment.

Required qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) at time of hire. Card must be from the following authorized governing bodies:
• American Heart Association (AHA) - (BLS Provider),
• American Red Cross (ARC) - (BLS for Health Care Provider), - or- Military Training Network (MTN) – (BLS Provider) upon hire.

Experience Required for Staff RN:

• 1 year Nursing Experience

Experience Required for Fellow RN:

• 1 year Nursing experience but new to specialty of hire

Experience Required for Resident RN:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less

Preferred qualifications:National Certification in area of specialty upon hire
