We are offering up to $15,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates with at least 12 months of hospital Acute Care experience and up to a $9,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates with less than 12 months of hospital Acute Care experience who meet all conditions for payment.

Shifts Available:
- 72 hours per pay period/Variable Shift/12-hour work schedule
- 72 hours per pay period/Night Shift/12-hour work schedule
- 48 hours per pay period/Variable Shift/12-hour work schedule
Required qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Current Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) at time of hire. Card must be from the following authorized governing bodies:
American Heart Association (AHA) - (BLS Provider),
client (ARC) - (BLS for Health Care Provider), -or-
Military Training Network (MTN) – (BLS Provider) upon hire.
Experience Required for Staff RN:
1 year Nursing Experience
Experience Required for Fellow RN:
1 year Nursing experience but new to specialty of hire
Experience Required for Resident RN:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
Preferred qualifications:
National Certification in area of specialty
