About the Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Program
This program will make you eligible to be an integral part of our therapy team, with the potential of making up to $28.00 an hour. Proud Moments ABA Nevada has locations in both the greater Las Vegas area and Reno!

After completing the RBT program and completing the RBT credential, you will be eligible for hire.
Qualifications:As an ideal RBT candidate, you bring to Proud Moments ABA:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Access to reliable transportation
- Commitment to working flexible, part-time schedules (with the potential to become full-time in the future)
- Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly
- History of effectively managing multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced working environment
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
