Sage Health Services is an organization dedicated to providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other diagnoses that respond well to ABA. Services can be provided in-home (based on availability) or in-clinic with our team of clinicians and technicians who are dedicated to the well-being of patients and their families. 

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) positions are part-time or full time and generally require staff availability during afternoon and evening hours.

Qualifications - RBT: 

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavioral Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and are State Licensed in Nevada as an RBT.
• Experience working with children who are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related disabilities 
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus 
• The ability to work with families and children with diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, and economic statuses 
• Have basic computer and typing skills and be able to use Microsoft® programs such as Word® and Excel® 
• Hold and maintain a current and valid Nevada State Driver’s License and have access to reliable personal transportation 
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes throughout the Reno area 
• Must be a citizen or legal resident of the United States and are eligible to work in the United States 
• Ability to pass a federal background check (including fingerprinting) 
• Available to work afternoons and evenings (after school hours)

• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening. (excluding marijuana / THC)

Responsibilities - RBT: 

• Provide one-on-one intensive ABA Therapy in client homes or in a clinic-based setting 
• Follow behavior-oriented teaching programs and protocols specific to each client 
• Keep a consistent schedule with assigned families and clients 
• Complete all required training mandated by the employer 
• Maintain RBT certification 
• Collect and maintain appropriate behavior data 
• Complete all other required paperwork and documentation 
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) guidelines 
• Attend staff meetings, assigned trainings, and other required meetings 
• Complete all additional job duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Director
