Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) to join our team! You will be responsible for implementing effective treatment plans to clients in an individual or group setting.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-year experience delivering ABA services to children with autism and special needs in a home, school or clinic-based setting which includes: experience running Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Training (NET) and data collection
•Knowledge of behavioral principles and instructional strategies based on applied behavior analysis
•Ability to multitask
•Willingness to participate in and desire for on-going training and professional development
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent organizational skills
•Demonstrated ability to problem solve
•Computer skills related to common office tasks (e.g., MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
•ABA: 1 year (Required)
•Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (Required)
