Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and coordination of services
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients

Mandated Reporter
Note: Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or working with individuals with ASD is preferred, but
not required. Training will be provided.

Salary: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
