Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and coordination of services
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and assist with behavior support planning
- Provide support and guidance to families/caregivers on implementing strategies at home

Note: This position requires a high level of responsibility, as you will be working directly with individuals with ASD. Training will be provided, but prior experience in applied behavior analysis or working with individuals with ASD is preferred.
