What is this role all about? Leveraging proven methods, RBTs provide ABA Therapy to children with autism while working under the supervision of and in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Requirements
- Commitment to making a difference

- Strong sense of integrity
- Recognize and value our brand culture and exemplify apricott’s values by example
- Experience working as an RBT
- Valid RBT certification and credential number on the BACB website
- If applicable, licensure to practice within the state hired
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and be involved in physical floor play including bending and reaching
- High School Diploma or GED
- Successful completion of a background check
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance and own reliable transportation for use in travel to client sites and related company business
- Ability, willingness, and flexibility to travel as needed
