Job Description
BeeKind ABA Therapy is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, ethical and passionate Registered Behavior Technician to work with our clients in their homes. This position is responsible for providing a daily program of behaviors and skills that promote positive behavioral health for clients ages 2 and up. We are looking for individuals who can effectively communicate with clients and caretakers to ensure behavior plans are being implemented as intended and to create fun, enjoyable sessions.

Responsibilities:
Implementation of client behavior plans.
Data collection.
Provide one-on-one therapy.
Collaboration with the BCBA on shared cases.
Provide direct client care in-home, daycare, the community and school.
Follow the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols.
Be part of a team dynamic and collaborate on shared outcomes.
Communicating with clients, parents, other professionals, and caregivers regarding client progress.
Implement BeeKind culture by being generous, kind and concerned for others.
Follow guidelines set by the BACB.

Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
