```
Duties:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for individuals with behavioral challenges
- Implement behavior intervention plans and provide direct behavior therapy services to clients
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Provide training and support to caregivers, teachers, and other professionals on behavior management strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges
- Knowledge of case management principles and practices
- Familiarity with anatomy, medical terminology, critical care, pediatrics, ICU, patient care, acute care, physiology knowledge, and hospital settings is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
