At ABA Child Services, we are looking for caring and ambitious Registered Behavior Technicians with minimum 1-year experience to provide in-home services for children and teens in the Chicagoland area. We are currently looking for candidates to work in the 60630 zip code in Chicago.
We also have part-time afternoon positions available (10-15 hours per week).
Responsibilities include:
- Work one-on-one with clients to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy
- Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plan as developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect data during sessions (includes daily progress notes, program modifications and parent signature)
- Be responsive to the needs of clients and their families
- Maintain professionalism and respect for clients at all times
Qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- Bachelor's degree or pursuit of degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Sociology, Social Work or related field or equivalent life experience
- Previous experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and/or Behavioral Therapy
- Knowledge and experience with various ABA methodologies
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

- High school or equivalent (Required)

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
