Job Description
- Will assist adult individuals who have an Intellectual/Developmental Disability and are also in an active Behavioral Health Crisis.
- Will work under a BCBA assisting in the development and execution of behavioral support plans.
- May be assigned 1:1 observation
- May plan group activities for program participants.
- Will complete room checks
- Will assist with meals for program participants
Must have an active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Shifts are 8p-8a. All full time employees work three days per week (36 hours). There is a monthly weekend shift rotation.
This position is considered full time and is subject to organization benefits.
