Regional Sales Vice President - West Territory 
CO/AZ based
Targeted compensation:  
$105,000 - $125,000 + sales commission
Compensation commensurate with skill set and experience

What is the role and where can you add value?
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Vice President for our Home Warranty Company. As a Regional Sales VP, you will be responsible for leading and driving sales initiatives within your assigned region, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion. You will oversee a team of sales professionals, develop strategic plans, and build strong relationships with key partners and customers.
Core Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve Regional Sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to drive performance and exceed sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including real estate agencies, builders, contractors, and other stakeholders, to drive referrals and strategic partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and metrics to provide regular reports to management, highlighting performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure sales team effectiveness and professional development.
  • Travel within the assigned region to meet with key customers, attend trade shows, and build relationships with industry influencers.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise within the organization.

What skills and experience should you bring to this role?
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the home warranty or real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share within a Regional Sales territory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing and executing effective sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed (approximately 50-60% travel).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • A passion for customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
