Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Cover sales efforts with distributors and reps for sterilizers, high-level disinfection washers, and other infection control solutions
- Develop & maintain relationships with Medical Equipment specialists / planners, distributors and end-users.
- Work closely with our National Sales Manager to reach mutual objectives and sales targets
- Implement GPO & Government sales strategy
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Work closely with our National Sales Manager to reach mutual objectives and sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with medical educators and key opinion leaders
- Attend trade shows and conferences
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies
Job Requirements:
Ability to travel at least 60% of the time
Must reside in CA or TX, preferably in or close to a major city.
3-5 years of B2B, Medical Equipment Sales Experience OR 3-5 years’ experience on the distributor side
Previous Equipment Specialist experience or independent Rep – is an advantage
Preferred equipment sales experience in ASCs, Healthcare, GPO, Medical Clinics
Preferred experience selling sterilizers and autoclave
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
