Durable Medical Equipment Manager

Access DME is actively seeking a Site Manager for our base of operations in Colton, CA!.

Access DME, Inc. is a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider dedicated to providing quality customer service and equipment to our community. A major portion of our organizational revenue is based on providing DME to our community hospice providers and their patients.

Covering the majority of Southern California, we respond to orders and deliver DME as needed, and provide education and support to our community partners and patients as needed. Our equipment is vital to maintaining comfort and well being for our patient population, and we maintain 24 hour operations to ensure their needs are met. We take pride in that pledge.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Supervise daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics

· Schedule and oversee delivery team, and manage the flow and quality of work.

· Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction as the primary goal.

· Educate patients, family members, nurses, etc. on proper use of DME

· Develop key financial indicators, including budgetary analysis, to assure the continued availability of adequate resources.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must have possession of a HMDR Exemptee license

· 1+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role

· Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record

· Physically able to lift and move Medical Equipment up to 60 lbs.

· Flexibility of schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
