Med One Group, a leader for over 25 years in the Medical Equipment finance industry, is seeking a self-motivated Medical Equipment Delivery Driver for our distribution warehouse in Corona, CA. This is a Full-Time hourly position, Saturday-Wednesday 1:30PM-10PM. This individual will be responsible for the distribution and delivery of Medical Equipment to hospitals in the geographic area covered by Med One Group. CDL is not required.
Essential Functions
- Complete Med One deliveries, retrievals, and paperwork completely and in a timely manner
- Interact with Med One customers professionally to enhance company credibility.
- Assist in the receiving, shipping, cleaning, and processing of Medical Equipment inventory.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness.
- Ensure company vehicles are properly maintained according to manufacturer's specifications.
- Assists in light equipment maintenance and cleaning.
- Assists the warehouse technician with: Receives and unpacks materials and supplies. Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment. Records shipment data; including weight and charges. Loads and unloads equipment. Perform cosmetic repairs consisting of: repair of any damage to cases, sanding, repainting.
Job Requirements
- Education - High School Diploma. Some college experience or technical school experience preferred.
- Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age.
- 1-2 years previous Delivery Driver experience
- Proficient in operation and understanding of computers.
- Strong work ethic
- Valid, active Driver's License
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to load and unload heavy items up to 75 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screen.
- Based on workload overtime may be required at times
- Clean Appearance
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Must be familiar with local and surrounding areas and be able to read maps and follow directions.
- Clearly read and write in English.
- Based on business needs some overtime may be required as well as on-call scheduling.
