Regional Sales Manager (Texas)

About Role:
Segway is seeking an experienced and high-energy Sales Manager to cover the Southwest regional market. The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of sales. Primary duties include the management of existing accounts as well as generating new business. Strong business development background strongly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.

· Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.

· Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.

· Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills

· Experience with selling outside of local market

· Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish

· Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

· Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products

· Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions

· Understanding of how to position products against competitors

· Creative, detail-oriented person who can juggle multiple tasks.

· Must be detail-oriented with a high standard for quality.

· Computer savvy with knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint etc.

· Inside Sales Representative/Outside Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
